"Adoration" is an exciting new design concept entirely crafted in wood. It incorporates three intricately carved stone walls with a theatrical 'set design' motif. Nestled on an antiqued architectural Roman ruin base and rocks, the nativity also includes two handmade brick corner walls and a wooden stable floor. Lighting includes four individually controlled LED lights.
Hand spun hemp and manzanita wood trees enhance the setting, which includes Jesus, Mary, Joseph, Gaspar, Melchior, Balthazar, a young shepherd boy holding a lamb, a standing shepherd with a sheep, a floating angel, a sheep with young lamb, a lying sheep, two additional standing sheep and an oxen.
The heirloom figures are carved mountain maple from the Italian Alps, created by the artisans at Ulrich Perathoner...highly detailed, beautifully hand painted. This 14" x 14" x 16" is finished on all four sides, and can be displayed with or without the glass and wood trimmed museum cover. Figures are permanently fixed in place. Signed and dated.
